Essential Duties

  • Inspect guest suites daily to ensure cleanliness to hotel standard.
  • Train personnel in housekeeping duties.
  • Perform cleaning duties as needed.
  • Respond and handle guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken ensuring guest satisfaction according to hotel policy.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Know your work schedule and follow it with a high degree of reliability.
  • Promote and apply teamwork skills at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Utilize protective equipment, when applicable.
  • Promote the hotel through goodwill, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
  • Continue to learn and grow in your position.
  • Comply with hotel policies, procedures, uniform and grooming standards.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Must have 1 year experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping department.
  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
  2. This role requires full availability for any shift, any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Must have at least 1year experience a similar position as a server in a hotel/restaurant environment.
  4. Job requires frequent bending, stooping and kneeling.  Ability to carry/lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  5. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Other languages preferred. Spanish strongly preferred.
